These high density connectors are extremely useful in wind
tunnel models or flight tests when you have a large quantity of
tubes requiring easy disconnects. These connectors consist of a
male and female connector. An optional female bulkhead connector
(FB) is available that can be panel mounted.
Typically the materials of construction are Anodized aluminum
with cemented stainless steel tubulations.Silicone gaskets are our
standard. Based on chemical compatibility with your application,
optional Viton or neoprene gaskets are also available.
All of the Scanivalve circular connectors are designed for use
with plastic tubing. The model 48L is an exception since it is
designed to accept steel tubing.
Scanivalve offers a complete line of circular pneumatic
connectors to fit all locations and applications. These pneumatic
connectors are idea for making and breaking multiple pneumatic
connections with the satisfaction that a leak tight seal will be
made. The smallest is a 19 tube connector (.460 inch diameter) and
the largest up to 73 tube connector (1.250 inch diameter). Pressure
ratings are from 100 psi up to 1500 psi.
