Answer
Q:
How often should I calibrate the
module? Answer
I
cannot communicate with the Unit on the Ethernet
connection.
Verify that the Ethernet cable is the correct
cable for the connection. A straight wired cable
must be used if the Host computer is connected
to the DSA module through a hub. For direct connections
from a Host to a DSA module, a Across wired@ cable
must be used.
The Host computer must have an IP address specified
to be in the same class as the DSA module. That
is, if the DSA module has an IP address of 191.30.5.100,
the Host computer must have an IP address of 191.30.80.sn.

How
do I change the IP address?
The IP Address in a DSA3200 series module may
be changed by a user. The IP address is stored
as a variable in the operating system. This variable
can be changed only by using the RS232 connection.
A procedure for this may be found in the DSA3200
Series Software Specification.
