Answer
Q:
How often should I calibrate the
module? Answer
I
cannot communicate with the Unit on the Ethernet
connection.
Verify that the Ethernet cable is the correct
cable for the connection. A straight wired cable
must be used if the Host computer is connected
to the DSA module through a hub. For direct connections
from a Host to a DSA module, a cross wired cable
must be used.
The Host computer must have an IP address specified
to be in the same class as the DSA module. That
is, if the DSA module has an IP address of 191.30.5.100,
the Host computer must have an IP address of 191.30.5.y.

How
do I change the IP address?
The IP Address in a DSA3000 series module may
be changed by a user. The IP address is stored
as a configuration variable. This variable is
read only on power up. When an IP address is changed,
it will not become effective until module power
has been cycled.
