DSA3217 Pressure Scanner - Gas Measurement
The DSA (Digital Sensor Array) Pressure modules are all intelligent. They contain 8 or 16 temperature compensated piezoresistive pressure sensors, 16 bit A/D converter, and a microprocessor.
